Vibgyor, is an eccentric and versatile fashion label based in Mumbai, India. The brand originated in April 2008 , is a passionate joint collaboration between Simone Khambatta and Roma Narsinghani. Our design philosophy is free spirited and edgy emphasizing on interplay of colors, textures, drape and print. Inspiration is usually derived through all the mystical, natural and supernatural elements of life. O ur goal is to garb the 'international woman' who travels and experiments with fashion. Our garments bear a unique sense of individuality and fall under the genre of GENERATION NEXT Simone Khambatta completed her high school education in Dubai, while progressing towards one of the world’s leading institutions for fashion – Parsons school of design in New York, USA for course in Textile Design/ Hair and Makeup and then moving to The London School Of Fashion to explore Fashion as a business. Simone is naturally inclined towards making a statement with a bold expression through the medium of colors and comprehends and applies her art form to bring the most to her projects in an effective manner. Simone interned under Mr. PradeepHirani, Kimaya Fashion Label – Indias largest multiple designer house. Roma Narsinghani, completed her art foundation from Central St. Martins. Her foundation led her towards a textile and Fashion Design degree from the London College of Fashion. Roma has assisted one of India’s most creative and leading designers Mr. Manish Arora during all his showings at the London Fashion Week from 2005 to 2007.She has also worked and interned under Ms. NeetaLulla, Bollywoods leading designers and also at Gharani Stork, London. Vibgyor looks forward to make the presence of its name felt all across the globe through the collective effort of its creative team, distributors and loyal customers.
